The Last Few Weeks

The last few weeks have been really busy for us. A few of the highlights include......

Seeing snow for the first time in 2 years!! Scary to drive in but beautiful to see

Brian got me these beautiful flowers just beacause he is the best husband ever.

Brian studied for and took the GRE in preparation to apply for graduate school. He will hopefully be taking some classes this summer and then offically starting the program this fall!

I finished the puzzle Brian got me for christmas and was horrified to find three pieces missing! SO frustrating.

Brian started playing on a church ball team and ended up hurting his arm pretty bad. This picture doesn't show the bruise very well but it's still pretty nasty (worse then this picture) and it's been two weeks. It's been pretty fun taking care of him. For the first couple of days I had to do his hair and even drive him to school. He is feeling much better now thank goodness.

I spent a couple of days on the coast with the Youn Women for a retreat. It is pretty overwhelming being in the Young Women's presidency but the girls are wonderful and it's rewarding. The weather was amazing, not a cloud in the sky and the ocean was so gorgeous. After a couple of days of screaming teenagers I was very happy to get home to my wonderful husband!

• I started a new job. I am now tutoring after school for Advantage Point Learning. It's a nice after school job and I get to see the same kids on a regular basis which is so fun!
• We started looking more seriously at houses to buy. It could still be a little while but we are excited to start the process.
  
  

January has been a busy and great month. I can't beleive it is almost February! Where does the time go?
