Sunny February

So for the last week and a half the weather has been gorgeous! It feels like spring? When we moved here we were bracing ourselves for a wet gloomy winter but it really hasn't been so bad. It does rain a lot but not really more than it did in Texas and there have been several times when there have been stretches of beautiful sunny weather. We were blessed to have such weather on this past long weekend. We met the adorable Harris family at a state park nearby and had a BBQ. We also played disc golf.... in T-shirts! We hear that it is still going to be rainy for another month or so but we are definately getting very excited for spring. The longer we live in Oregon the more we know we will never leave. We love it here!
