4 Months Old!

Our little man is now 4 months old! Crazy! He's growing up so fast! We went to the doctor this week and he is getting big and strong. Here are his new stats:

height: 26 1/4 inches - 89%

weight: 16lbs 13oz - 82%

He's right on track for his age for milestones and it's so fun to watch him learn and grow.

We got him this jacket a few weeks ago and every time we put it on him unzipped he grabs onto it like this...he's so cool!

There have been a few nights lately where Van wakes up too early for our taste and the only way to get him to continue sleeping is to put him in bed with us for that last hour. The first time Brian thought it was so cute he took a picture.

This is his fighting sleep face..."if I keep my eyes open really big I can stay awake!"

Since he makes the most laundry I decided he should be helping me. He helps by drooling on all his clean clothes but he loves it!


Up until about a week ago he always had to have his hand in my shirt like this to fall asleep. Now he likes to be holding onto his binky.


Van and I have been taking advantage of the great fall weather and have gone on a lot of walks and a few runs.


We've gone to the park all together too.

His hair is really growing! It's so funny, it all fell out and then started growing back at the exact same time so I get asked all the time if we cut it. It just looks so perfectly even. It also sticks straight out making him look like a fuzzy duckling, we love it!

This was the best picture of it I could find of it, he's giving me the "it's father son time mom, no girls allowed" look. I get this quite often, these two are pretty cute together.

We've done some experimenting with the hair now that it's longer...
