Big Boy Skillz

Van has been very into building towers lately. He's been stacking things for a long time but lately it has reached a new level. Anything and everything he plays with is at least attempted to be made into a tower. When he is eating, as soon as he's finished with what's in his bowl he turns it over and stacks his sippy cup on top. Every. Time. He stacks and restacks his books. He puts his bath toys on top of his rinsing cup. You get the idea. His favorite by far though is to make a tower out of the cans from our pantry. Any time he is allowed in the kitchen he goes straight for the pantry cupboard and starts stacking. He made this tower almost completely by himself (daddy steadied a can once or twice just for a second).

After stacking it as high as he could reach....he unstacked it and began stacking it again a few feet to the left! Such a big boy! We are loving this age!!!
