Last Friday night was our ward camp out and of course Van was in heaven. He LOVES camping. He gets to sleep in a 'fowt' (that's what he calls our tent), he gets to go potty in outhouses (he is obsessed with outhouses, GROSS), he gets to play in the dirt, and he gets to run around like a crazy man. Sounds like every little boy's dream right? We got some pretty cute pictures of our little guy!

Yes, he did put about 10 handfuls of dirt into the tent before his awesome parents noticed.
We had a little craft table where the kids got to make these cool head pieces. Van got a little crazy once he put it on!

We were up pretty late that night....Van just didn't want to go to sleep! He was literally doing somersaults (that's right, he can now do them all by himself:) over us again and again while he squealed and declared "somersault in the fowt!!". It was pretty hard not to laugh....for the first hour!
The next day we just relaxed on the beach before heading home. Van does the weirdest things in the sand, he basically just rolls around!
Basically, we had fun.
