If you're a long time reader you might remember a post I did about a year about about Van being afraid of the vacuum. One year later we've made HUGE progress. He can now say "bacuum" instead of "boo boo" and he loves to play with the vacuum when it's not on. He will even occasionally ask for a turn while it's on! When I'm vacuuming he still won't get too close (he acts like it will eat his toes) but he jokes around about it being too loud and dashes in front of me.

I will admit that the vacuum may have been turned off in the first picture but it was definitely on for the others. So brave!
