Amy Is An Awesome Aunt

My sister in law surprised me at Brielle's baby shower with these two gorgeous quilts for my children.  I knew she had been working on the one for Van (she started it when he was a baby) but I had no idea she had finished it let alone made one for his baby sister.  I seriously had to hold back tears when I opened them because I didn't want to cry in front of all of my friends.

Here is Brielle's.  Amy sneakily found out the colors I wanted to use for her nursery and used those.  I'm going to use this as the centerpiece now to decorate her room.  It is on her crib right now and it looks awesome, I'll have to post pictures when her room is done.

Here's Van's.  When he opened it he wasn't very excited since he just wanted to run and play with his cousins but the next day when we were at home he was a little obsessed with it!  He loved that there were animals on it and pointed out every since owl for me and then made me do it.  He is currently sleeping in his bed with his new quilt;)

Thanks aunt Amy!  It makes my heart so happy to see how loved my children are by our awesome family.
