He Loves Her!

We get asked all the time how Van likes being a big brother.  Well, he LOVES it.  In fact, he wants to wear his "big brother" t-shirt almost every day.  He wasn't super interested in her while we were in NV (he actually ignored her the first three days) but since we've been home he has really blossomed into his role as the older, wiser, protector.  It's happened slowly and steadily but he is now very tuned into her every need and thinks he is the boss of all things baby care related.  He will instruct us how to burp her and how she likes to be held.  He seems to always know what she is thinking or wanting and she makes it known to Brian and I frequently.  For example "she doesn't want you to burp her, she wants me to play her a song" or "she wants to hold my hand".  It's very cute, especially because she seems to really love him too.

It's strange how watching them love each other makes me love them more;)
