On December 7, 2012 our sweet little Brielle Faith officially and legally became a Storrs. Both kids were angels for the ceremony and both kids were super charming with the judge:) She has been our daughter in our hearts since the beginning but it's nice to have the world/legal system acknowledge it.
Our awesome lawyer snapped some pictures during and after. This one was taken as the judge was addressing our little angel. He was telling her about the responsibilities of being in a family:) I love how you can see Brian and I holding hands in the background and a very serious big brother being so still and quiet and respectful.

The judge was so nice. During the ceremony he talked to Van about the role and responsibility of being an older brother. He then asked him if he was willing to take on this role and protect his baby sister. He VERY seriously whispered "yes sir". It was awesome! He has been talking about how he told the judge

We are so blessed to have this baby girl in our family and it feels so good to have it all official. Now we can't wait to take her to the temple in a few weeks!
