We took our sweet Brielle Faith to the Portland Oregon temple on Dec. 29th to be sealed for eternity. I can honestly say it was one of the three best days of my life(the other two were my wedding day and the day we took Van to the temple). It's so hard to describe the feelings and emotions from this day. It's so incredibly sacred and special. Waiting for this little girl to join our family was truly a test of our faith and in the end many miracles occurred to bring us to this day.
Brielle wore a special bracelet that was given to her by Amy, her birth mother. I glanced at it often and thought of her and her family constantly. My heart longed to see them and my arms ached to embrace them. I know how much they love this perfect little girl and how much they would have loved to see how completely filled with joy she was in the temple. I have honestly never seen her so happy. She is a very special little girl and it is an honor to be given the responsibility to be her parents. It amazes me how much this one tiny little person can add to our family. We love her!
