We went for a run down by the river on Saturday. Van is very good about sitting in the stroller so we can run and get a good work out as long as we take a few breaks where he gets to get out and run too. He cracks me up lately with how intensely he runs! He gets his little arms pumping and his face is so focused. He makes me happy:)
