Some of you have already heard but we thought it was time to make the official announcement. We are buying a house!!!!! YEAH!!!! It feels like we've been looking forever and I think our Real Estate agent is going to be happy to finally be done with us. It was worth the wait though. We are SO excited about this house. It is exactly what we wanted and it's in a fantastic neighborhood. It needs a little fixing up which we are so excited to do. We'll take before and after pictures for all of you to see. We actually close in a week. It will be so weird but wonderful when they give us the keys!

We got a new roof as part of the deal which they have to do before closing. We drove by yesterday and they were working on the roof!! It makes it all feel a little more real.
