Van is so much fun these days. He is always wanting to help with everything. Any time I start to cook, load the dishwasher, start a load of laundry, wipe something up I hear this excited little voice....... "help mommy?". Translation: can I help you mommy? Of course I let him help every time since he is so darn cute and sometimes he is actually rather helpful. On Monday morning Brian was installing a smoke detector in our third bedroom which will soon become Van's new room. Brian picked up his hammer and started to get to work. This time Van didn't ask to help but ran out of the room. A few seconds later he came running in with his toy hammer ready to help!! These little moments happen all day long and we love every single one. Being his parents is simply the best!
