My Little Sous-Chef

Van absolutely LOVES helping me cook. He's actually pretty good at it and doesn't slow me down much. He gets the step ladder from the closet, puts it RIGHT next to me and climbs on up ready for an assignment. He's great at stirring, adding ingredients, and holding measuring cups/spoons. He has recently proven himself with his peeling capabilities. I was nervous about letting him do it by himself (those peelers are sharp!) but he was very careful and thorough too! He did such a good job and he was so proud of himself! Look out ladies, he's going to be the whole package: tall, handsome, smart, and likes to cook!
