Our strawberries are ripe for the picking and you know what that means...
freezer jam time!
We ran out of last summer's jam in February and we've had to choke down store bought ever since (I know, so rough;). I made sure to make a triple batch this year instead of just a double batch so we don't run into the same problem next year.
Van was very excited to help.
He also insisted he get to take a picture of me after I took one of him.

We will also be doing a batch of raspberry this year for our darling boy who is allergic to strawberries;)
