For spring break we headed south to Las Vegas to soak up some sun!  On the drive down we stopped about half way and did a hike outside of Cedar City to break up the long day in the car.  The kids (especially Van) loved it.  It was all of our first experience with hiking in a slot canyon and we definitely plan on doing more.  It was so fun.

 

 

 

 

 We had a fun few days once we arrived in Vegas.  We played in the hotel and went to the pool everyday as well as  did another hike and explored the strip.

After Vegas we went out to Logandale and spent the day with Brielle's birth family.  It's always so wonderful to see them and we are lucky to be so much closer now then we were in Oregon. 

 

We spent the night in Mequite on the way home which is where Brielle was born nearly 2 years ago.  We tried to get a quick picture of her with the hospital in the background but the little stinker wouldn't chew and swallow or donut or smile!
