Brielle Faith is TWO Years Old!!!

On July 14th our sweet girl turned 2!! 

At her well child check she was 46% for height and 12% for weight (I can't remember the exact numbers right now:) Growing and perfect!

She was SO much fun on her birthday this year.  She totally understood what a birthday was and was anticipating it for days before hand.  She blows me away with how smart and aware she is!  When we asked her what she wanted for her birthday she would always say balloons and cake so that is what she got (along with way too many presents!)

Baking the cake turned into a family affair:)

After she fell asleep the night before her birthday I snuck into her room and filled it with baloons and a big ball she has been wanting for a while.  I'm not sure who was more excited about them in the morning though, her or Van:)

Van was really, REALLY into birthday prep this year and he wrote this sign himself.  He also helped me wrap all of the presents and he arranged them on top on the piano in the perfect way 4 days before her birthday.

I got her this crown (that came with earrings) to wear all day.  She loved it and kept saying "I a princess!"

We spent most of the day at 7 peaks which she loves.

After we got home I got her all dressed up and tried to get some pictures of her.  She wouldn't stay still very long and she kept checking herself out in the mirror.

She had the biggest reaction to this bear. She saw it at IKEA weeks ago and about died of a broken heart when we didn't buy it for her then.  She squealed and hugged and kissed it and wouldn't put it down for more than a couple of minutes for the rest of the night.

A close second for favorite present was the shopping cart Van bought for her with his very own money.

Here is the finished cake. She LOVED it. She loves her stuffed panda "Bamboo" so he was the inspiration.

After cake and dinner (and yes they happened in that order:) we got to skype with Brielle's birth family which was so fun!  She has got to be the most loved little girl on the planet!

We spent the rest of the night playing with all of her new toys and she was a very happy little girl.  We love her so much, she has brought so much happiness and fun to our family the past two years.  She is growing up so fast!  We love you Brielle Faith!
