Here is a little of what we did in July minus a couple of major events (Brielle turning 2 and visiting McCall)

These two pyros put on a good show, at 7 O' clock since we weren't going to keep our kids up an extra three hours till darkness:)

Brielle HATED the fireworks, so glad we didn't keep her up for the big show, she would have freaked!

Playing dress up in old Halloween costumes she's a long way from fitting into the Shark costume Van wore when he was two.

Van had his very first paying job from someone other than Brian and I.  He pulled some weeds for a neighbor to earn money to buy a birthday present for his sister.  So sweet!

Here he is buying the gift.  It's the toy grocery cart, he was so excited and proud.

On our way to 7 peaks.  We have tried to go at least once a week this summer and we have all loved it!

We got to be part of the "adoption rocks" float in a local parade.  The kids were really excited:)

This little book worm continues to amaze us.  He always has his nose in a book, even over breakfast:)
