June 2015

We began June with some visitors.  Jason, Amy and Paul!  It was so fun to see them but we missed Emi and Mari.

One evening we got together with all of Brian's siblings and their significant others and played soccer at the park. It was really fun!

We went to the splash pad lots of times the first few weeks of the month.

Water in the face!

Tongue out, just like her birth mommy:)

I caught this sweet moment between Van and Vienna, future love birds;)

My childhood friends and I thought it was really funny to see SO many kids all lined up that were all ours (plus the four littlest ones weren't even in the photo).  Between the three of us we have 10 kids! Seems like just yesterday we were the kids on the towels hanging out now we are the old moms.

She is the best hugger I have ever met hands down.

Library day.  I love that my kids both love the library as much as I do.

~ Phone Pics~
At the end of April Brian bought me a new phone that actually takes decent pictures.  I forgot about them so this month they are just tacked on at the end of the post.  They are still cute though:)

Looking ready for summer.

She is my little snuggle bug.  I love that she is always wanting me to hold and snuggle her.

One day I let the kids go to mail something by themselves.  It was early in the morning so they were in jammies with no shoes.  It started to rain while they were at the mailbox and Brielle didn't want to walk in it so Van carried her the entire way home.  It melts my heart to watch him be sweet to her.

One day we decided to hike around in back of our house.  We ended up hiking more than a mile down to a park.  We played for a while and then hiked back.  It was a really fun spontaneous adventure!

On the hike back we took a different way and it was way more intese.  I was wearing a fitbit and it said we had done 66 flights of stairs on the hike!

Just a little almost 3 year old moment:)

We tried to go running all together as much as we could in the mornings.  We attempted a family selfie and when I looked at it later I couldn't stop laughing at Brielle.  She wasn't upset, she was intentionally trying to make a weird face and ruin the picture.  Such a weirdo.

Much better pic of the fam on a run.

The kids found these bunk bed cots and REALLY wanted us to buy them for when we went camping in Yellowstone.  I totally would have if they weren't something like $300. They are awesome and would be perfect for our kids!

So intense....

We visited my grandparents graves on our way home from Yellowstone.  It was a great chance to reminisce and talk to our kids about their amazing ancestors.

Brielle was in timeout one afternoon and it got suspiciously quiet really fast.  I went to check on her and found her stripped to her undies and asleep behind her rocking chair. I guess she really needed a nap:)
