I know a pictureless post is pretty lame but lately I have been really bad about forgetting to take pictures. When I'm having a good time I just don't think to step out of the fun for a minute to grab the camera. Anyway, here is a quick update on what we have been up to.
*Fall is here!!! It is my absolute favorite season by far and Oregon has the most beautiful falls I've ever seen. Until this week it has been sunny and beautiful and all the leaves are changing (and there are a LOT of leaves). This week it has rained a little and been sunny a little. After a long sunny summer the rain just seems romantic and Brian and I even went for a walk the other night when it was misty and the sun was starting to set....... ah Fall.
*We listened to General Conference and it was wonderful. Well we listened to most of it, we had some technical difficulties when we were trying to watch it on out computer. We always look forward to conference but this one in particular we were excited about and it of course did not disappoint.
*Brian turned 27! His birthday was pretty low key. Neither of us had to work that day so we just spent the entire day together hanging out. I felt bad because there was no way I could top the surprise party that he threw for me but he has compensated by having a "birthday week". That's right, even today he told me he got to pick the movie we were getting because it was his birthday week. He uses this line for everything from eating the last brownie to getting the warmer blanket. I'm am beginning to think this will quickly turn into a birthday MONTH!
*We are trying to figure out good costumes for Halloween. It's pretty much Brian's favorite holiday and the past three years we've just thrown something together at the last minute. If anyone has any good suggestions send them our way!!

Dana called me on Thursday to see if we would do the posters again. I definitely would have helped with them but my Mom is in town this weekend. I'm ALL over it with you for the next activity though! I'm sure you did a GREAT job on the ones for this activity! :) It probably just wasn't as fun because we couldn't make fun of ourselves!

you could both be chia pets. Wrap yourselves in duct tape and roll in the grass so it sticks to you. But Lindsay, make Brian do it first so if it looks goofy you can just laugh at him and take pictures. :)
