Destruction

This is our last post about the storms, promise! These are some pictures we took in our neighborhood a couple of days after the freezing rain. One of the things we love about our neighborhood is all the mature trees but sadly these trees are the reason our neighborhood was hit so hard by the storm. There are branches down everywhere. One of the HUGE trees in the park down the street from our house split in two and many people lost beautiful trees. Thankfully we only saw a couple of trees that fell onto houses and there didn't seem to be much damage.
